The HR & Personnel Administration team contributes to ensuring that CAE has the right employees at the right time. We act as sparring partners on HR processes and coordinate recruitment activities across the department.
We continuously develop and improve our processes so that colleagues have optimal onboarding and, thereafter, positive and competence-enhancing employments at CAE.
We build a solid foundation for well-being, productivity, and long-term retention.
The Operations team is the backbone of the department’s daily operations.
Behind the scenes, we make everyday work run smoothly.
From access cards, IT equipment, and purchasing to transport bookings – we handle the practical tasks so colleagues and students can focus on research, teaching, and collaboration.
We remove friction, solve challenges, and keep operations running seamlessly and efficiently.
The Leadership Support & Communication team supports the management team and the strategic progress at the university through efficient facilitation of meetings, committee coordination, and advisory services.
We ensure that leadership processes are well-prepared, initiatives are implemented, and internal and external communication is clear, relevant, and professional.
Through cross-institutional collaboration, we contribute to coherence, and momentum in governance and knowledge sharing.
The Project & Funding team strengthens the department’s profile and research by securing external funding, driving professional project management, and facilitating collaboration – across societally relevant research and education, innovation, and industry.
We provide strategic and operational support to researchers and projects throughout the entire project lifecycle – efficiently, mission-driven, and with high quality and compliance.
The Educational Support Team contributes to the development of a strong and well-functioning study environment, grounded in research. Through strategic and practical support, we help ensure quality assurance, international recruitment, reduction of dropout rates, and the strengthening of relations to industry.
We support the management team for education, student-oriented initiatives, and external partners.
