Oral exam catering
For external censorship at oral exams/defence, it is possible to order catering for examiners. It is not possible to order for internal censorship. Instead, you can bring coffee/tea from our kitchens.
What can you order?
Depending on the exam time, you can at Navitas order the following:
- Full day exam: Breakfast + beverage and lunch + beverage and sweet/fruit + beverage
- Morning exam: Breakfast + beverage
- Afternoon exam: Sweet/fruit + beverage
Exams at Navitas
The examiner must fill in the order form for Navitas :.
- One order must be prepared per exam day, even if the exam is over two days.
- Remember clear dating, your name and the participant's name.
- Orders are sent directly to the e-mail address indicated on the order form.
- The form must be submitted no later than 4 working days before the exam.
- Cancellation must be made no later than three working days before the exam.
